Torri Tir Ltd has been trading as a limited company since 2009, Manvil Phillips has over 30 years’ experience in land surveying and setting out. He left the Royal Engineers in 1998, having served with the “Sappers” for over ten years worldwide. A native of Pembrokeshire, West Wales and a welsh speaker. He has been working as a Land Surveyor and Site Engineer since leaving the Army. Working for major contractors such as Costain, Willmott Dixon, CB&I, Vinci, McAlpine, Kier, Valero, Murco, as well as for private individuals.

Projects of involvement have ranged from multi-billion pounds to a few hundred pounds, mostly in Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire areas and has also worked as far afield as the Falkland Islands.

Over the last 19 years, we have built a reputation for supplying technical services to the construction industry and to private individuals. We offer value for money and a quick, efficient turn round on surveys.
